Okay... reluctantly, I'm asking you, "Who will win the inagural, 2001 'Million Dollar Game'?", previously titled "The Big Game At The End."
Still confused  ??
I don't blame you, so to put it in plain English, the question is, "Who will win the XFL's championship game?"
Me? -- I don't really care. I was "cheering" for the Orlando Rage 'cuz they have the best uniforms and logo and colors. So frankly, I couldn't care less about this thing, but Who Knows!? -- I might just pop on my TV around 8:30 or so when the second half starts. Wait.. never mind... the Oiler game will be on. Darn.
This game should be called "The Game No One Gives a Damn About". :sleepy:
Eeny, meeny, miny, mo, I'll pick San Fran.

...just to oppose you, Marc, I'll choose LA, 'cuz, like you, I don't "Give a Damn About" it.

What do you mean? If you mean posts, I would say it's because several posters are out of town now.

I really don't care about the XFL. I thought it might be interesting at first, but it wasn't...
I definately will not watch this game. Cuz like many of you, I just don't give a damn. If they have a parade or celebration for the winning team after this thing like they do in other sports, I will start laughing my head off...
Someone needs to make one of the car window decals with Calvin pissing on the XFL logo... :D

I've got a question to ponder:
If you win a Championship Game and nobody is watching, did you really win a Championship?

I tuned into the "Million Dollar Game" for a bit... I laughed -- "Player X (hey -- do u REALLY expect me to remember his name!?) came switched from the NFL to the XFL not for the money, but because he wanted to feel what it was like to win a championship."
Boy... that's a BBBAAAAADDDDD excuse to switch from the greatest football league in the world to ... well ... the worst.
Oh, it was on tonight? I guess I missed it, despite all the hype. Darn.

XTREME 38, DEMONS 6
Los Angeles Wins XFL Title
By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
LOS ANGELES, April 21 — Tommy Maddox, a former backup quarterback in the National Football League, threw two touchdown passes, and Jose Cortez, a roofer from Oregon, kicked four field goals as the Los Angeles Xtreme beat the San Francisco Demons, 38-6, tonight in the first XFL championship game.
The game, billed as the Million Dollar Game, drew a crowd of 24,153 to the 90,000-seat Los Angeles Coliseum. Attendance was down about 10,000 from the Xtreme's home opener but almost double the gate, 13,081, for Los Angeles's semifinal victory over Chicago last weekend.
The Xtreme's defense, led by Ron Carpenter's two interceptions, shut out the Demons until the final 25 seconds. The Xtreme had shut out San Francisco in the regular-season finale.
Reggie Durden scored on a 71- yard punt return, and Los Angeles led, 21-0, at the half.
The Xtreme, which finished 9-3, will split the $1 million bonus 45 ways because the 38 players on the regular roster voted to include the seven players on the practice squad. That works out to $22,222 a man, about half what each earned for the entire 10- game regular season.
Maddox, a former U.C.L.A. star who was out of football and running an insurance agency two years ago, completed 16 of 28 passes for 210 yards and was intercepted once.
Cortez, who finished the inaugural XFL season by making 24 of his last 26 field-goal attempts, connected from 37, 34, 50 and 22 yards.
