Hmmm... While I didn't know this "system," I do think the seven points is excessive...

It is actually 8 points that Arizona is getting, which is much better than 7.

Hmm. Our point-spread contest is using 6 1/2, so...
But 8 is better'n 7, no doubt. Too easy a push on 7...

The line opened at 6 1/2 and has since been bet up to 8.
Interestingly, the line on Monday night's Vikings-Eagles game has been bet down from 4, where it opened, to 3; plus the over-under opened at 46 1/2 and has been bet all the way up to 49!
The other big move has been on the Indianapolis-Tennessee game; the Titans opened as a 3-point favorite, but now the line is down to 1.
There was also an error in the opening line for the Seattle-Tampa Bay game - it turns out that the Seahawks, not the Buccaneers, opened as 2 1/2-point favorites; it was not caused by "line movement" (i.e., heavy action coming in on Seattle).

Anthony, does the erroneous TB-SEA line stand on your pointspread contest here?

No, it does not - see my "Important Announcement" post on the Pointspread Contest thread.
