Here's a little behind-the-scenes infor about the Cheesecake Factory....
The Cheesecake Factory delivers to every state except New Mexico. I know this because I used to work for the company the took their orders. The way it works is, you log onto their website, pick a cheesecake, call the toll-free # (I think you can order online as well) and then they FedEx it to you in dry ice. (Why not New Mexico? Because "THE Cheesecake Factory" was involved in copyright infringemtn litigation with a company just called "Cheesecake Factory, minus the "the." "Cheesecake Factory" only operated in New Mexico, so the judge ruled they only CAN operate in New Mexico, and THE Cheesecake Factory must stay out of New Mexico but gets the other 49 states.)
Anyway, if you are unscrupulous, you can get a cheescake from The Cheesecake Factory for free. Order a cheesecake, call back when you get it and claim it was without dry ice/spoiled/smashed up/otherwise inedibile and they will refund your credit card. Since it's a perishable item, it's not like they can ask you to return it to get your refund. They basically just have to take you at your word.

I am shocked Kevin, just shocked!
Are you serious? Why would you post how to rip of a company and get away with it? What is that teaching the 12 and 13 year olds who come to this site? That is just morally wrong any way you look at that not to forget that it is a lie and probably against the law. I don't think it could ever be proved but still.
