Moved Threads

I was curious, could you remove a moved thread from the board it was moved. For example, there's a "Hi my name is John Doe" thread you moved from the NBA board to the Lounge. Could you make the thread not appear in the NBA thread anymore? I've noticed this a couple times, and it just clutters things up a bit when you have threads that aren't even there anymore in the forum.

I understand what you're saying. This can be done, but I purposely made it leave a redirect so the original poster knows where his/her thread went. There really aren't too many redirect threads now and they eventually are gone as new threads take their place.
