How do you all get those pictures under your names?

These small images are called Avatars. They are displayed below your username on all posts that you make.

You are allowed to have one when you reach 15 posts.

You can access the Avatar area (once you have 15 posts) by clicking on the "Profile" button at the top of this screen and then by clicking "Edit Options"
