Looking for a sports poem

On last year's ESPN end-of-the-year wrap-up special, they had a segment paying tribute to the athletes who had passed on in 1999. They read a really beautiful poem that I have been looking for since. It was about athletes who have died young. If anyone can tell me the name of the poem and the author, that would be great. I have looked throught some sports poetry books, but it's not in any of them.

Already tried ESPN.com, they never answer viewer inquiries although they have the fill-out form to do so, lousy customer service! Thanks for the suggestion, though!
