Does anyone have any golf tips to help out sub-par golfers like myself? If you do, I'd really like to hear them. I could use all the help I can get!

Well, since you don't want help is a specific area of your game, its tough. :D
But, when people say keep your head down, don't take that too far. And, despite what many people think, "yanking" your head up is not the main problem. A person I know after each bad shot says to himself "I gotta keep my head down."
Thats not the problem at all. It really has to do with his mechanics. He is simply mi****ting the ball. Make sure the ball is in the center of the club face, you are aligned perfectly (or as good as possible), and that you follow through. Don't put much emphasis on keeping your head down, if you keep it down too long, it throws your swing off.

Also, I wanted to say that the content in most golf magazines can really help you out or even consulting a PGA Professional at your local course.

Lee,
Exactly what "smalltown" in Manitoba do you live in?

...I don't really like giving out personal information (but if you look closely, I've given you two hints as to what this "smalltown" is... one recently, and another a while ago when I gave you the URL for my golf course's web site)... but believe me, there's no such thing as a PGA pro around here.... maybe in Winnipeg, but no where close to where I am, that's for sure... there's not even a GOLF PRO or golf instructor at the course.... it's still a nice course, though!

Yes, but the URL to your golf course was on the old forums and that site was so awful I tried to forget about it. (Cheap shot :) just joking around with you Lee)

or Me :D
Anyway... good luck with your game. Do you guys use black golf balls? Since your always playing in snow, white probably isn't good. (Just joking again :D)
::boom:: ::boom:: Shot down, again! :D
Black balls? What about those orange ones, Lee? ;)

Which brings me to my next question... anyone ever used colored golf balls? I think I used an orange one once, but I couldn't stand looking at it! lol - So, I use white always.
Well, I think us Americans use white ones, but Canadians (*cough* Lee *cough*) use orange ones so they can see them in the snow. :D
