Injuries are quickly changing the tides at the ongoing National Football League. Despite being only starting on their respective third games, almost all teams have suffered some setback, either on the offensive line or on defense.
Brian Westbrook had a knee problem but was still a go for Week 2's game against the Giants. Apparently it got worse and now Westbrook is listed as questionable for Week 3's game at San Francisco. He missed practice and was listed as questionable by coach Andy Reid. He also missed some practice last week before starting against the Giants. And Westbrook isn't the only player with a leg problem. Steve Smith's hamstring still has him hamstrung, and the All-Pro wide receiver is also listed as questionable. While he has been making progress, Smith has yet to play a down for the 0-2 Panthers this season.
