Had to be done. There is a lot talk is Ron English, Michigan's defensive co-ordinator as replacement. A lot of people really want Butch Davis or to try to bring Saban back. Well, I want one of those three, and really am not interested in the prospects of Steve Mariucci. English, well, he has less experience than the others, but seems like he'd bring some fire to the job. I don't know if I'd want him over Davis or Saban because of the lack of experience, but better than most other candidates.

My guess is that Izzo's influence may bring Mooch there. I don't think English will go he seems to be the heir apparent to Carr.
