This is the first time I’ve got to see WV play anybody. Careless mistakes (fumbles), “injuries”, and very poor tackling plagued them against Louisville. Pat White looked like a real big game player while the WV defense and Steve Slaton did not. To win a championship a team has to be more complete than WV looked last night. The WV defense pressured Brian Brohm all night but he seemed to just slip away. He wasn’t really quick or agile he just sort of slipped out of their grasp and calmly distributed the ball out to his receivers for hefty amounts of yardage. They folded under pressure.

This game didn’t help out Louisville in future games either. It showed us a chink in their armor. Do you think Brain Brohm could shake an Ohio State linebacker? Do you think like a Spanish Matador Brian Brohm is just going to olay a better defense like Ohio State or maybe even Rutgers next week? Do you think Ohio State’s safety is going to blow his coverage responsibilities as many times as WV’s safety did? If Louisville does survive the rest of their schedule (which I believe is unlikely) this BCS championship game is going to be worse than last years LSU/Miami debacle. Ohio State/Michigan do not miss tackles and will carve up the Louisville defense just as well as WV did. I pray for Louisville this week to lose against Rutgers so we don’t have to witness the desolation if they made it to the BCS championship game. . . . .

I guess the Michigan/OSU game is going to determine who plays for the title. I think most would want an OSU/UM rematch rather than OSU/Louisville. It is amazing how well Louisville is doing despite losing a Heisman candidate in the first game, Michael Bush.

I don't know about most wanting to see OSU/UM playing again for the national title. A lot of that depends on how the upcoming game goes. If the game turns into a blow out then who wants to see a rematch? Folks may want to see a rematch if the game is close and comes down to the last posession but if there is a clear cut winner I don't know that anyone wants to see that game again aside from maybe Big Ten homers or fans of those schools.

If you take a loss, and there are 2 teams out there w/out one, I don't want to see a 1-loss team playing for the title. You want to be in the national championship, win your games. Louisville is taking care of business right now. I would love to see Louisville vs. OSU for the title. I don't care if the winner of Ark/Auburn vs Fla does just have one loss. WIN YOUR GAMES!

Speaking of the SEC title game, why is it everyone has Auburn playing there? Arkansas must take 2 conference losses in order for Auburn to get in.

Big Ten homers and fans of those schools from the new school of thought...yes...I'd agree they'd want to see it.

I'm against it. OSU and UM playing on a neutral field for a MNC is for the outsiders. The loser of that game is a complete and utter failure (actually their whole season is) and deserves nothing.
