Hi guys,
You know this is a really good place for advice! :D Anyway, i have a tournament coming up tomorrow, what's your advice for getting ready the day before?
I'm just a casual fan/player, but I can give you some pointers. I'm sure some other posters here can elaborate.
Get lots of rest, think in your mind optmistically ("you can do it, come on!"), and relax!

Everytime I think "you can do it, come on", I do bad. But that's just me. Don't even think about it, just go out there and play your game, that's the best you can do. Just don't eat a ton and you should be fine....I also have one on Tuesday...:)
Good Luck!

..well.... I barely play tennis, but in other sports, if I get into a slump and start playing bad, you just have take a moment, regroup your mind, and then, what I do, especially in golf, is just think "back to the basics" ... think back to what made you successful before, or what you were doing well a half hour ago, and try to just simplify everything.... now, it's kind of harder to do that in tennis than golf because you're your game doesn't depend only on your skill level -- it also depends on your opponent's skill level, but the concept is the same.
Good luck!! :)
