Miami at Maryland (line: Maryland by 2)...The Canes need one win to earn a bowl spot but have this tough contest, a road game with Virginia, and B.C. to get thru. Could the Canes end a season that some believed would lead to a national title without even bowling? Maryland needs to keep pace with Wake Forest so that their November 25th clash will be for all the marbles in the ACC Atlantic.

Texas Tech at Oklahoma (line: Oklahoma by 9)...The Red Raiders shocked the Sooners last year. Can they make it two in a row? Tech has only one once in Norman all-time.

Georgia at Auburn (line: Auburn by 13.5)...Can the Dawgs salvage something positive from this season or will Auburn keep championship hopes alive? Auburn leads the all-time series 53-48-8.

FRIDAY BONUS GAME: CENTRAL MICHIGAN AT WESTERN MICHIGAN (line:CMU by 5.5)...This one could be for all the marbles in the MAC West. CMU is 6-3 (5-0) while WMU is 7-2 (5-1). The winner here will likely play Ohio U. in Detroit for the MAC Championship

I don't know if this game is necessarily under the radar (probably for most of the country), but the Florida/South Carolina game will be very interesting: Spurrier's first trip back to Gainesville as coach of another team. Also, the Gators have a chance to erase last year's loss to the Gamecocks out of their minds....

Actually I wold say that qualifies Sue. Forgot about it...must be the location of the game...LOL.

Florida is givin' Spurrier's troops 13.5 points in The Swamp. I believe they are honoring him at half of that game as well....no?

Yep. Even though this belongs in the gambling thread, my advice is to take SC and the points - I don't think Fla has beat the spread all year!:D

I imagine Sue waking up from nightmares screaming "take the Steelers and points!" :P

Another off topic thing but did you see my response to you in the poll thread? I'm guessing it is gonna get labeled as my standard bullshi t and everyone will just move on but old 78 still puts up a fight.

Yes, I did. I need more time to disect it, though. I skimmed it, so give me until tomorrow to give my rebuttal:D

Be very careful this week Buckeyes and Wolverines.

This is a classic "trap game" scenario. Running away from both of these this weekend.

My best bet? Well, it was last night (BYU). Should be an interesting weekend.
