Bad week for the Confederacy. First they lose the election and now it appears they will be denied a shot at the national championship. I'm so sad...:P
Miami and FSU lost. Florida won by a point. Feels great. FSU didn't score at home...first time since 1973. Both Miami and FSU might miss a bowl. Interesting considering the "superior" football talent the state of Florida has.
Michigan and OSU are going into their game undefeated.
Auburn QB Cox completed 4 passes. He threw 4 interceptions too. That's amazing. I didn't think that was possible except on PS2. The Tigers aren't even a Top 25 team.
Wisconsin won again without Stocco. Badgers will finish the season 12-1 with their only blemish being a 14-point road loss to Michigan. You can't stop the Winnebago.
And the BCS is due for some big changes when they release it later today. My figuring is this:
Winner of OSU-UM...in.
Then the other opponent comes from the ND-USC clash or the SEC Championship...assuming all goes according to plan (like it did Saturday... ). Let's say USC finishes with only one loss...
Well...USC beat Arkansas so they would get in over the Razorbacks.
And if Florida wins? Well, it all goes back to my old friend: non-conf SOS.
Florida...
UCF: 3-7
Southern Miss: 6-5
I-AA Western Carolina (I'm not even putting their record up).
FSU: 5-5
USC...
Nebraska: 7-3
Arkansas: 9-1
Notre Dame: 9-1
How ya like dem grits Florida?
Hail to the Trojans!
