I can't believe Turkey Day is already almost upon us. What is everyone doing?
I'll be going home on Wednesday. My family will probably have Korean BBQ or something, seeing that most of the clan isn't too fond of traditional Thanksgiving foods, which is a shame. I'll probably watch sports and do homework most of the day. And by "do homework" I mean watch sports.

I'll be working the weekend, including Thanksgiving and the day after, but my wife is going out to dad's farm to eat with my brothers and sisters. I'll likely get some left-overs to eat after I get home from work that evening.
By the way, Korean BBQ is pretty good. We had it at a Tae KwonDo tournament a few years back.

Yea, I like Koraen BBQ too. Most people like ghar-bi (Korean short ribs) the best. It's good, but I've been raised on the stuff. I get to eat stuffing and pumpkin pie once a year, if I'm lucky!
EDIT: Then again, grilled meat sounds a lot better than this bowl of oatmeal I'm eating right now.

You sure do Bama.
My family then to the old ladies family. Have to eat two Thanksgiving Day dinners. Darn.

I'll be done with classes on Tuesday, so I'll make the short 20 minute drive back to my house. I'll split up Thanksgiving between the two grandparents (who also live locally). Then back at school on Monday.

The Thanksgiving holiday for me begins Wednesday Night when two of my best friends from college make their annual visit to my place and we go and party at the local club (I think I venture out to the club only once a year; it amazes me that in a town of only 5,000 people, over 2,000 will actually be in the club that Wednesday Night).
I follow that up Thursday with a noon meal with the girlfriend's family.
Will it be a traditional Thanksgiving Day dinner?
Nope.
We plan on stuffing ourselves on the buffet at the Western Sizzlin Restuarant and then heading to her parent's house to watch some football.
That night, we will probably hit up my mom's for some left-overs (a cold turkey sandwich on white bread with mayo sounds like heaven right about now) and the Chiefs game at 7.
And then, it's back to work at 5:30 Friday morning.
My aunt, uncle, and cousin are coming from Atlanta and my grandma is already staying at my parents'. It will be nice to have more family all together for the holiday for once. The boys are going to see "Casino Royale" Thanksgiving day, then stuff ourselves afterwards. I am going to try not to pig out so I don't lose all the progress I've made since last holiday season (30 lbs lost).
I am dying to see the new Bond! And I also might go shopping on Black Friday. Wake up at 4 AM, get there by 5 AM for some deals. If I feel like it... :D
