SMURF TURF!!!
Really, Boise is a very good team, playing in a very bad conference
Ohio State 21
Boise State 49
You're kidding right? The grass in Glendale is Green not Blue. OSU would score 60 on them and I would be surprised if BSU got 14.

Boise State is 84-16 over the last 8 years.
3-11 vs. BCS schools
81-5 vs. all others

Then obviously you don't respect it considering the words that surround it.
Any team with a good defense would shut down Boise State.

Does that include Wisconsin?

Well Boise st's running back is pretty good considering his Numbers. He has over 20 touchdowns, and had 4 or 5 against Oregon St. The team that beat USC.

Please let us not go down the road of Boise beat Oregon St. and Oregon St. beat USC so therefore Boise is better than USC.

But, what about the route of...Boise beat Oregon St and Oregon St beat USC, so therefore Boise is better than we give them credit for?

Seeing as neither team beat anyone relevant this year Maybe Boise and Wisconsin can play in the Paper Tiger Bowl this year. :D

But, you do realize that Arkansas' strength of schedule is going to go up pretty significantly here in a couple of weeks and if they do win out they will have beaten four teams currently in the BCS Top 25.

I'm aware.
The SOS for USC will go up too... though the Trojans are well ahead of all SEC teams in that department and have been for the last 30 or so years.
In regards to Wisconsin...sure...their SOS is gonna be a little ugly compared to Arkansas when all is said and done. However, Arkansas might have two or even three losses with that higher SOS when all is said and done.
Even if Arkansas wins out, their "quality loss" to USC (by 36 in Dixie) won't look as good as Wisconsin's "quality loss" to Michigan (by 14 in Ann Arbor).
My reasoning is pretty basic...to go a little off here...
1. Ohio State (no beef with this I hope)
2. Michigan (lost to #1)
3. Wisconsin (lost to #2 on the road)
4. Notre Dame (lost to #2 at home)
5. USC (has the highest SOS of all remaining 1-loss teams and beat Arkansas)
6. Arkansas (lost to #5)
Easy peasy.

Yeah, but you need to look at who they have beaten as well and when Penn State is the best win you have that is not saying a whole lot this year. You have to look at who a team beats as well as who they lost to when staking claim to who the best team is. By that logic alone then Boise should be number two because they have not lost to anyone yet.
