LeClair On The Move?

Fresh of the presses - althought there's been some rumors for a day or two now that something wasn't right. LeClair was a healthy scratch the other day against the Isles and has been playing the 4th line.

I wonder - if anybody - will pick him up?

Honestly, I think the NHL is too quick for LeClair nowadays. I mean, he only has this season left on his contract, but we'll see what happens. He's winding down...

How the mighty have fallen. I was pretty surprised to see this on the ticker yesterday. You're right, though. Might be time for him to hang up his skates.

LeClair and Pens GM Shero agreed to part ways today. Pens won't have to pay the rest of the salary and LeClair won't have to face the embarrassment of playing in the AHL or even suspension if he didn't report.

I know he's old, and I was never a big LeClair fan. But this showed some class here. I hope he finds work somewhere else, or at least retires with some dignity.
