Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani told CNN Wednesday he supports public funding for some abortions.
"Ultimately, it's a constitutional right, and therefore if it's a constitutional right, ultimately, even if you do it on a state by state basis, you have to make sure people are protected," Giuliani said
He still says he is against abortion in his personal life.

Interesting view. Does this sink him with the GOP? His 3 marriages surely can't help with the conservatives within the party.

ITN, Rowe V. Wade has not been determined to be unconstitutional, yet. Therefore, the right to an abortion is Constitutionally guaranteed, not that I agree with the ruling, mind you.
I would like to see specifics of his proposal prior to passing judgement on it.

Nah, we don't want Rudi, he's not bright enough to be a liberal.
Although, he is at least bright enough to recognize women's rights and not be a sexist...

And John Kerry and Al Gore are? Both nearly flunked out of their colleges (Mr. Gore did, in fact, flunk out of Vanderbilt Divinity school). Not to mention Teddie, who only graduated from Harvard Law School due to the huge donations his father made to that institution.
Yes Fresh, these are the cream of the crop in the Democratic Party.

HAHAHA, Of course. And Dubya graduated from Yale because of his superior intellect right?

Check the average education of individuals in red states compared to blue states. Let me know which party you think is more educated...

George W. Bush graduated from Yale with a higher GPA than Mr. Kerry's was. And he didn't flunk out of Vanderbilt.
Keep talking about how dumb you think he is, but keep that in mind, OK?

Fresh, there are very intelligent people in each party. There are very unintelligent people in each party. I do not really care how intelligent someone is, if they can do the job being asked of them. Some of the least "intelligent" people in the world are the best business people. Michael Dell and Bill Gates did not graduate from college before founding their businesses. Did they make mistakes by dropping out?
This is getting off the original subject, which I will direct the discussion back to.
Rudy has said he will support the use of Government funds to support some abortions. I would like to see the specifics of his proposal before passing judgement on it.

I think this statement guaruntees that he will not get the republican nomination, and realistically, he is the only republican that could win in the general election.
