WSS Poll -- HEEEEELLLLLOOOOOO!!!???????

I was absolutely STUNNED when I read the latest Wall Street Sports poll:

"Whch Eastern Conference hoops team has had the best offseason?
1. Chicago
2. Detroit
3. New Jersey
4. Orlando
5. Washington"

Excuse me... is it just me, or did the Toronto Raptors just sign four very important players this past month, and possibly a fourth in "The Dream" ?????????

Ya you're definitly right, however I think the poll was talking about teams acquring players. Although the Raptors just got "the dream" the poll was made before that transaction. Despite the Raptors having a good offseason as far as re-signing players, the Bulls had a good draft and so did the other teams listed, and that was what the poll was directed towards.

Sure, Raps don't have Hakeem Oluawanoa8ehgawegpb (:lol: ) at the time of the deal (although still, at this point in time, it's still not 100% he's going to Toronto)..... but nevertheless, they've still had a considerably good offeseason.... not only one of the best in the NBA East, but of all teams in the East and West.... well, that's what I thought.... guess WSS doesn't think the same as I do! :eek:

As spike said, that poll was created prior to the Raptors re-signing Carter and signing Olajuwon. And by the way, don't make fun of his name when plenty of hockey players have MUCH worse names. ;)
