If you tink you have better clubs, I will be utterly amazed...
X-14 Irons
Odessy White hot putter
Great Big Bertha Driver
Great Big Bertha 3 wood
Royal Blue Adrenaline Gof Bag
[Price paid $2,000]
If you'd like to comment on my set, or you think you have better clubs![Yah right] Place a comment.
I am always from the belief that it's not the clubs, it's your swing. However, those are great clubs. How much did the driver cost alone?

I'm not a huge golf player, so I don't know much about those clubs, but from the price given, they better be good.
Welcome to the boards :wavey:

The driver priced in at $450. An Ill tell ya Ive got the swing ta play with them.
You bet have a good course to play with those! Wouldn't want to see them go to waste. We bought some nice clubs and never use them!

You started a post to brag about your clubs? BIG TIME  - pretty bad.
I could get any of those clubs if I wanted - no problem. Everyone has different tastes and the price metters little.

You paid $2,000 too much ! Golf isn't about the equipment until you are ready to make precision shots..which you may be but I doubt (you're decision to post a thread bragging obviously shows you may not be fully into the game rather only the equipment).
That's all Callaway equipment except for the putter..Great Big Bertha's went out with Greg Norman..$450 for the driver. Try Edwin Watts you can get it for $199 so someone took your money. I'm not even sure if they are producing the Great Big Bertha 3 wood anymore.
Why don't you try a real bag :). I suggest the Ping Hoofer, as far as I'm aware its probably the most popular but slightly more expensive then yours. You'll probably find your bag starts falling apart fast if you play alot (I've had bags similar to the shape of the adrenaline) the hoofer really stands the test though.
As for a decent set of clubs? I prefer the Mizuno T-Zoid which are indentically priced to the X-14's..I also play a Great Big Bertha but I wasn't silly enough to pay $450 for it.
After spending that money I hope you have enough to play some golf..lol

Sorry, but I dont believe you. There is no place on the planet that would sell you those clubs for 80 percent off. YOu would have to steal them to get them that cheap. My guess is you opened up a golf magazine, and put down the best clubs you could find, and said they were your own. Pretty pathetic.

You can get second hand clubs for very cheap, or if a store is having a close-out sale you could also get them for 1/2 off.
SC-Lee, the clubs are not worth $2000, it was all of the equipment. The clubs alone are just worth about $799, if that..you could get them for $699.

I still dont believe him, but even if what he says is true, starting a thread so people can "comment on his clubs" means one of two things; either he is a loser, or he is a loser. Dont worry Kirk, I'm embarrased for you.

Rick I understand where you're coming from. I don't see the need for anyone to come and gloat about their belongings either. However, being quite a serious golfer I can say with confidence that having the best equipment in the world does not equate to having the best game in the world.
So if Kirk was to come in and say he had Tiger Woods' clubs, it wouldn't matter unless he was able to play like Tiger Woods.

I definitaly agree with that. A PGA golfer could whip me with a playschool plastic set of clubs.
