View Full Version : New Boards Colors
Nice choice of colors Marc! They are similar in that they stay with SC's color scheme, but they add a nice variety to the boards. I think you deserve some thanks for all the hard work you put in. Good job!

Yeah, it looks good. Although, I did like the other ones better. Maybe its just me. :)

the black doesn't go with the "new thread" and "post reply" buttons because of the darkblue/green those buttons have.
Other than that it's nice.

Hey Jake!... those were the exact first words I said to Marc when he asked me about it!... otherwise, I think the new color scheme looks great!

Thanks, guys. Hopefully this blue, black, and gray combination will work. We're planning to add more features soon, so stay tuned.

Sure, I am kind of adding them as I go. A lot of things have been changed behind the scenes. For example, I'm working on sending a customized, automatic e-mail to all new members who register. Another thing, I don't know if you've noticed or not, but ICQ, AIM, and Y! messenger indicators are now in everyone's profiles. And until just recently, the AIM indicator link didn't work, but I fixed it yesterday and now it does. :)
TONS of new features should be added when vBulletin 2.0 comes out (we're on the latest, 1.14). These include PM (private messaging) so you can privately message other members, polls, and much more. Other things I could add include a calender, where I could put important dates and events upcoming. Stay tuned!

I also noticed that you can now edit your post without anyone knowing.... before there was a message... something like: "[Edited by SC-Lee at 10:25 on November 25]"

Actually, it has always been that way. If you edit your post right after you post it, it won't leave the "edited by" message there, but if you edit it later, the message will show.
