Neither team St. Louis or Indy was even supposed to get in.

Wouldn't it be neat if those two teams, meet each other in the Superbowl.

They both looked like they were on the ropes, needing to win and needing help from other teams until late in the season.

But it's a new season now. I've said it before and I'll say it again - it doesn't matter if you ran, walked, or crawled into the playoffs, the regular season is over, and anything can happen now.

Both Indianapolis and St. Louis have enough offensive talent to win. I'm not betting against either one--if they were good enough to make the playoffs, they're good enough to win it all. The lack of a truly dominant team anywhere else just makes it more wide open. Who of other playoff teams was dominant this season? Miami, New York, Philly, Oakland, Denver, Baltimore, New Orleans, and Tampa Bay all had their ups and downs.

Good points, Tom. I think one of these two teams will be in the Super Bowl. Which one? The answer is whoever has the best defensive from this point forward. Neither teams have superb defenses, but they will have to step up if they want to win.

I'm not quite sure about the Rams, but Indianapolis is on fire! Personally, I am a Colts fan and would love to see them make it to the Super Bowl - especially after last year's playoff disaster! They were on the top of their games against Miami and Minnesota...two very good teams...and pulled off impressive wins. The Colts need to keep the run going and have another great game against the Dolphins. When you look at their offensive stats, you might wonder why they are only 10-6...their defense has really let them down this season. To win, the defense needs to step up, like they did the past couple of games.

Well, the Colts are gone (YES! :D), we'll see how the Rams fair. I think they will win.

Sorry, Nate... didn't really read your post. :)

I am a big Dolphins fan and always have been. What a game! :)

Anyway, both of the 10-6 teams are out, so I guess neither was meant to make some noise in the playoffs this year.

I agree, it was a great game. I just wish the outcome had been different ;)
