Here we are, the SCML Playoffs, where only the fittest will survive! Good luck to all, though you don't stand a chance against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers -- a team that tied last week and lost by just one point the week previous, but this is the playoffs, and we will get ALL the breaks, I know ;)
Again, good luck! Use this thread to hype up the first playoff games, taunt your opponent, and "ooo" and "awww" at my amazing graphical capabilities, demonstrated below! :D
BOMBER FOOTBALL:
BLUE and BOLD
I'd have to say Yes...hopefully its my Leopards and not the Fourth and Longs...:D Good luck everyone!
And just for Lee: "OOOO....AHHHHHH!" :)
Man, Marc's Ice Cubes bean the Bears. Now my Leopards gotta play them again! We want revenge for losing by 1 point!!! :redhot:
Go Leopards!!

Week #2 playoff games are underway.. Antowain Smith had 21 points for me yesterday -- bad timing considering his 9-point performance last week causing me to be eliminated from the playoffs.... ah well -- that's the way she goes, and I gave it a good run considering it was my first year I had ever ever ever ever EVER payed attention to U.S. football.
What a week, what a nail biter! :D
The Leopards and Vanilla Ice Cubes faced off once again and my Ice Cubes prevailed, once again! :P 91-90, great game!
Meanwhile, in the other game, the Fourth and Longs absolutely got creamed by the Yankee Hatas, 113-21.

Ok, if Marc and my game ends in a tie, here is what happens according to Fanball:Playoff Game Tie Breaker
If there is a tie between teams during a game in the playoffs, the tie will be settled by the following criteria:
1. Most touchdowns scored among all starting players (including PK and TM players)
2. Most yardage accumulated (pass, rush and receiving) among all starting players (excluding PK and TM players)
3. Most field goals among all starting players
4. Most extra points among all starting players
5. Virtual coin tossWith this, I have come up with the following:
1. Marc's TDs: 3. Nate's TDs: 3. Still a tie
2. Marc's total Yds: 546. Nate's total Yds: 678. Nate Wins!
I believe that would make me winner. But that certainly is crazy. To have my last two games against Marc losing one week by 1 point and tying the next.

Ya, I think Marc is on something, but so are you, Nate!!!
MARC: It's definitely a tied game, the second in the SCML in three weeks!
NATE: ...Marc wins the tiebreaker. I think you have some adding problems, as Marc has SEVEN TDs (2 by Warner; 2 by Alexander; 2 by Franks; 1 by Packers Defense/Special Teams) and you, Nate, only have FIVE (4 by Stewart; 1 by Pollard).
On a side note, I scored more points this week than any other team besides the Yankee Hatas ... what good that does me now

Updated playoff tree image.
You're right. Don't know what I was thinking. Maybe I need to go back to elementary school. :P
I swear I saw the score 91-90 this morning... Fanball must have adjusted it, which wouldn't surprise me.
