People like Sc-Lee for example have the little square avatar with their team(s) in a section, how did you make those? Id like to make one myself with a raptors and a red wings one. Thanks

There's no trick to it. Lee just created a 70x70 avatar using MS Paint and pasted his team logos in it. If you need help, it wouldn't hurt to PM him. :)
