SmallWorld, run by TSN (not sure if it's the same as TSN's games, though... it may be) runs a very good stock market-type game.

Lee, SmallWorld runs stock market games? Like WallStreetSports? Say what?

Kind of. Not exactly like WSS, but kind of.

SW has a game for every sport (unlike WSS which combines all sports), including golf and auto racing... MLB, NHL... etc., etc. etc.

You "buy" players with a $50,000,000 budget at the start of the season. You get points based on how the players on your roster perform in real life. In that sense, it's like a Y! or Sportsline fantasy game. However, the player prices fluctuate daily based on popularity and performance (like WSS), so by the end of the season, good managers have portfolios worth well over $110,000, thus being able to buy an All-Star team.

The key to SW games is the get "sleepers" at the start of the season so you grow your portfolio and are able to buy big-named stars that really rack in the points!

So, no -- it's not like WSS... that's why I said "stock market-type" game 'cuz it combines the best of both worlds.
