...you can't really apply the nickname "the dominator" to Dominik Hasek these days... he was all set to retire at the end of last season, and behold, he is still in between the pipes.
What about this offseason?
Maybe not, because he wants to play in the 2002 Olympics.... this guy may be sticking around for a while after all!... here's the article that fueled me to post this thread... click here (from cbc.ca) (http://cbc.ca/cgi-bin/templates/sportsView.cgi?/news/2001/01/25/Sports/hasek010125).
I forget the exact numbers, but I'm sure it's something like 90% of all Hockey Hall of Fame'ers have won the Stanley Cup at least once... Hasek never has, but the Sabres will definitly be contenders in 2002, if he stays... with the guys running the Hall, not letting Dale Hawerchuk in (oops... did I mention that :p), who knows if Hasek ever will if he doesn't win the Cup?
What should he do?
