The top team with 101 regular season wins (me ;) the Winnipeg Jets), and the #2 team with 94 (Marc) have surprisingly sunk to the Bronze Medal game while the championship match will surprsingly feature the #4 and #6 seeds -- Brandon (Miles City Cowboys) and Ryan (UCLA Bruins), respectively.

I'm not going to try too hard this week in terms of signing new players -- I'm going with what got me to this game. Good luck to my opponent for the next 2 weeks, Marc, and to the two final teams. Remember, though, you had to get through the best to be the best .. . . . that goes for Brandon, especially :D

Well, thanks Lee. Here's hoping for a victory. :)

Nick is not UCLA Bruins. UCLA Bruins is actually my friend at school, Ryan Spielman. He's just someone I got to join the league. He's also in the baseball league as "L.A.". :)

Anyway, I'm shootin' for third. :(

This looks like its gonna be a good matchup. The way I like it. Although the matchup with Lee was suspenseful, coming back from behind all week to win the final day, I'd like it a bit more comfortable than that. :D

I must say, I am quite disappointed Lee decided to bench all of his players the entire week because I was beating him so bad. As I said in the league, if you're going to get into a fight, but up a valiant effort and don't cry if you get beat!

Ya Brandon -- that was great. You beat me fair and square.

MARC -- I SAID BEFORE I DIDN'T TAKE ANYTHING AWAY FROM YOU AND I DIDN'T CRY AT ALL. I BENCHED MY PLAYERS BECAUSE YOU BEAT ME FAIR AND SQUARE, TOO AND THERE WAS NO FRIGGIN WAY I WAS GOING TO CATCH UP.

Congrats to Brandon on winning! Lee, I still don't agree with your decision. It would have been fun to see how we finished.

Hmm, I don't think this little "disagreement" is going away too quickly.

Anyways, thanks Marc. It was hard fought, and I had to claw my way after midseason, but I made it. It's tough when you have to play the #1 seed and then the hottest team in the league in the UCLA Bruins. But now that basketball is over, its time to concentrate on fantasy baseball. :D

Ya Brandon -- congrats. But, like I said -- just remember that you had to get THROUGH the best (Me -- only team with victories in the triple digits (101) in the regular season) to BE the best ;)

Marc. You beat me. I told you that. Good for you. You won third, and I just didn't care -- it would be like having the losers in the East and the West Conference Finals in either the NHL or NBA, or the losers in the NFC and AFC championship... or the losers in the NCAA Final Four... facing off for a "3rd place game." No one cares.

I remember Lee, that you were the #1 seed, but my team performed just a hair better when it counted. That matchup could have went either way.
