So now that the Baseball season is over, what's everyone's pick for the funniest moment of the season? I've got 2. One was a game between the Cardinals and the Giants in Busch Stadium, I think, back in May and the Giants were up 9 to 7 going into the Bottom of the 8th, and then Shawon Dunston hit a fly ball to deep left field and then all these bugs, like moths started coming onto the field and surrounded Barry Bonds like something from an old Alfred Hitchcock movie and Bonds fighting the bugs, leaped up through the bugs and the ball hit his glove and went over the fence for a 3-run home run and the Cardinals held on for the 10 to 9 win. All Barry could do was was put his hands over his head and give the expression of "What was that?" And if Barry hadn't jumped, the ball wouldn't have gone over the fence. That was just too funny.

Another pick I have was something I saw on a sports show called "George Michael's Sports Machine" that comes on once a week. They have these "Plays of the Month" segment at the end of their show once a month and one clip they had Blue Jays' first baseman Carlos Delgado going into the stands to try to catch a foul ball, which he didn't get. The interesting part here was there was this blonde chick with a camera in the stands close to where the foul ball had landed and she wanted Carlos to stand still so she could take a picture of him, so Carlos obliges and poses and she takes his picture, then she motions that she wants a hug from Carlos too but he just turns around and walks away. Hehe. She was stacked too. I would have hugged her. :)

What about when Garret Anderson (of the Angels), put his glove up (one hand, very carelessly) and it hit right off the side of his glove? That was pretty funny... you don't see that too much.

Luis Sojo tripping on his own feet in the ADCS - - at least it was funny once the game was over.

Haha, it's always funny watching people falling, tripping, or bumping into something. Welcome, Netshrine, glad to have you here. :)

My favorite funny moment was when Sandy Alomar hit for the "out cycle" He hit into a tripple play, a double play, and just a regular out. I have never seen that before.
