TNT/TBS Broadcasts

Anybody else find the NBA broadcasts on TNT and TBS extremely boring!?!?!

I am not sure if it's the game, or TNT/TBS... but I'm leaning towards the latter. The TNT/TBS broadcasts are VERY dull, with graphics from the early '90s.... They also have the biggest stiffs as announcers, who don't present one good point during the whole broadcast. Basically, with NBC's broadcasts not that great either, I find myself only watching the Celtics' games for NBA games, because 1) they're my hometown team, and 2) the announcer's are enthusiastic and funny, and 3) their broadcasts don't put me to sleep!

TBS/TNT need to join us in 2001. They're stuck in the past.

Yeah, I think you are right. Basketball does seem more dull when the Turner networks broadcast it. This could become a problem and they will need to make some changes.

Do you have specific broadcasters or broadcast pairs that you don't like? I only watch NBA games during the playoffs, and I know that Dick Stockton and Hubie Brown are a first-rate team. Maybe the problem is that the regular season games themselves are so dull.

They are very boring...they just need a better picture and better announcers and it would be better.
