Don't be so tough!

Many people are being extremely tough on the XFL. I am asking why? I hope people weren't expecting the NFL-type skills, because if a player has them, he'd be in the XFL. The XFL isn't supposed to be the NFL, it's supposed to be different. Players might not be as good, but, it's football, and I am thankful I can watch football in February. Everybody else should as well. Enjoy it, it's supposed to be fun.

Here's my thing: If you like it, buy tickets and watch it on TV. If you don't like it, don't watch. It's that simple.

I don't understand this viceral hatred the media has towards the XFL and its fans. I mean, I don't particularly care for the WNBA or Major League Soccer, but I'm not writing lengthy articles about how rotten I think both are, either.
