How about you all chip in with some of your predictions...

-World Series Teams (one as winner)
-Surprise team of 2001
-Dissapointing team of 2001
-Home Run King

Mine are...:

-Red Sox and Braves - Sox win!
-Astros (surprise)
-Rangers (A-Rod isn't GOD)

If I forgot any good categories, feel free to add them!

Hey Jared :)

My predictions are:

Yankees vs. I have no idea, I'll say the
Athletics (I guess)
Sorry, but I have to name three: Mets (Sorry Wedge) and Rangers (You can guess why) and Rockies (Again, I think you can guess)
Sammy Sosa

Aren't the Yankees and the A's in the same league? Can't play against each other in the World Series then, can they? :)

What?... were you joking or what, Patrick? The Yanks and Jays are most definitley in the same American League... how else did they play them in the semi-finals last year?

Lee,

I think you are a bit confused.

He said "Aren't the Yankees and the A's in the same league? Can't play against each other in the World Series then, can they?"

The A's are the Athletics, not the Blue Jays. The last thing he said was "Can't play against each other in the World Series then, can they?", the first part of sarcastic, because he very well knows they are in the same league, and I wasn't going to respond to that.

I responded, "No, we'll have to kick their butts again." meaning that my Yankees will take the A's down if we meet in the Play-Offs.

:)

Ya know, he does have a great shot, Delgado that is. Too bad I always seem to forget about him. Toronto is hard to remember for me.

I don't think its the HR Derby winner. Its just the HR leader in both leagues we are predicting. At least thats how I took it.

I took it like that too but still, Delgado is good at homeruns.

Yeah....sorry i said homerun derby..i must've read it wrong....but if Delgado didn't cool down in the last month of the season he could've won...but now pitchers have started to realize he's a great hitter so their not pitching him strikes.

Yeah I agree, Delgado is an awesome power hitter.
