wow the americans actually beat mexico... 2-0... without reina and mcbride... i'm hoping this is a turn around for them and they never go 0-4 in a tournament, whether it be World Cup or whatever, aggggaaaain... anyways i just thought the game was pretty exciting

Well, those two names you mentioned meant absolutley NOTHING to me, but it's nice to see a country not known for it's soccer (like the USA) beat up on a country that is better known for soccer than any other sport... I know... Canada was doing well to qualify for the World Cup, winning... umm... I forget the name of the championship they won last year... but after they won that one, they continued to suck after that so we won't be seing the red and white maple leaf in 2002 in Japan.

Well, I don't follow soccer at all, but the soccer that everyone in the U.S. really made a big deal of what the women's U.S. soccer team in the olympics a while back.

I don't usually watch soccer, but I had had tickets to the game, but since my parents didn't want to go I couldn't get up there since I can't drive yet.
