I see the more things change the more they stay the time.

A new season, a different season. First spring training game, Knoblauch, E4, throwing error.

I wonder if he's ever talked to Steve Sax about that. Sax had the same exact problem and he somehow got over it. The only difference is Sax was bad at throwing from the get-go and got better. Knoblauch was a gold glover before for goodness sakes. You got to feel for the guy.

Yeah, you do.

But, as a Yankee fan, and Torre has said something like this, if this doesn't end in spring training, he won't be in the lineup. Knoblauch cannot be our DH.

I feel bad for the guy too. Hopefully he can recover and get back to his old star status.

He's now at a point where he is thinking about his throws too much. Matt Lawton of the Twins, a former teammate of Knobby's said that he was drafted as a 2B and had the same trouble as Knobby has. He had to move to the OF because he never did get over it. I hope that Knobby can get over his trouble, but part of it is just being in NYC.
