Duke/Carolina Part II

Well...Carolina just got killed 95-81 by the Blue Devils. What do you all think about this going into the ACC tournament?

Gotta go with Duke... UNC has lost three games recently and aren't playing well. Duke is, however, and without Boozer. I think Jason Williams and Shane Battier are just too good and they will take the conference title.

What a statement by Duke. To whip UNC by 14 at the Dean Dome and down a player...that's incredible. Now, the question is can Duke go on a 6-game NCAA run with Battier / Williams playing 35-40 minutes a game? They're both smart and don't foul much, but if one of them gets in foul trouble they will have an extremely tough road.

I WILL BE AT THE ACC TOURNAMENT!!!!! YES!!!! And the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rounds of the NCAAs! Over the next three weeks I'm going to see 17 college hoops games in person...can't wait...

Well I'm a North Carolina Tar Heel and I saw that game and I was very disappointed.

I thought the Tar Heels ignored Brendan Haywood too much. He sealed his guy in the post quite a number of times and his teammates never threw the ball to him and I also didn't like the decision to bench Haywood and Lang late and try to come back with the smaller lineup. That was giving right in to Duke and taking away our best strength.

But I give props to Duke. They came in to Chapel Hill without Boozer and won going away. What heart.
