Oddly enough, I don't think we've ever had a thread on here for this. Anywhere, I think we know where some of us stand, but lets just state it for the record. :)
I am a Miami Dolphins fan.
You know my choice: Green Bay Packers!
My fav team (suprise, right? :) ) is the Colts. My second favorite team is whoever is playing the 49ers. :D

Hmmmm, I guess Colts just because of the hometown fever. I also have always liked the boys. And where ever Flutie is, I tend to cheer just in respect to him though.

Hey everyone, I'm a combination of Howard Tiemann, Jr. and NateDogg if you will.
I'm a die hard Dallas Cowboys' fan since 1981 and my 2nd favorite N.F.L. team is anyone playing the 49ers. :)

Used to love, I mean LOVE, the 'Skins. Talking Theisman / Riggins / Hogs era, also up until the Rypien SB in '92.
Then they turned into a bunch of underachieving mercenaries and I'm tired of it. Same reason I used to love the Orioles--an overspending owner who brought in a bunch of unlikeable hired guns. There's no team chemistry in Washington, nor is there in Baltimore. Neither the Skins or the O's are real teams now, just a collection of pricey players wearing the same uniform. Ugh. Poster teams for what's wrong with pro sports, if you ask me.

There does seems to be something conspicious about the DC-Baltimore area. But once upon a time the 'Skins and O's had something going. The Ravens don't seem to be quite as bad as those other two...at least not yet. They didn't manipulate the free agent market quite as egregiously or fail quite so spectacularly as the O's and 'Skins did. This isn't a baseball board, but Mike Mussina is my favorite player and I was acutally *GLAD* to see him go to the Yankees, at least he won't have to go his career without a pennant while playing under bumbling front-office incompetence and owner ego. Steinbrenner has an ego, but he also knows how to put together a team.
Free agency is seen as the shortcut to a title, but that's wrong, wrong, wrong. You can't buy a title...it takes the right mix of farm / drafted talent, longtime veterans, and smart free-agent picks.
