NASCAR board?

I was wondering, does anybody else think a NASCAR board might be a good idea? NASCAR is a growing sport and is getting more popular every day. Plus it's been getting a lot of publicity lately, unfortuantely it's mostly bad.

You are not the first to address this (see: http://sports-central.org/community/boards/showthread.php?threadid=670), but unfortunately, there are not enough racing fans here to keep the board going healthy and active. How do I know this? Because we used to have a racing board that got very few posts.

What can you do to get a seperate board for this? I am willing to add new boards, but I need to be convinced that there is a strong need. Therefore, I need to see a lot of NASCAR/racing threads in the Other Sports Blitz board and possibly even some new members who like racing. Then, I will strongly consider it.
