Alright, time to share some moments:

1) First time breaking 100/90/80

2) Any hole-in-one's?

3) Any eagles?
-----

1) I broke 100 for the first time two summer's ago with a 98. It's a tough home course, so I was quite proud. My lowest score to date is a 92, so I'm working on breaking 90 this summer, once *COLD* New England breaks out from winter.

2) Never, although I got within 5 feet once.

3) Nope. Last summer I first got a birdie. Call it funny, but I usually buckle under pressure putts, so after going 0-15 or so on birdie putts, I finally sank one.

I would like to hear your stories.

1. 100 I don't really remember, same with 90. But, 80 is a special number. I broke it at my Grandfathers home course, It is a par 71, and is above average in difficulty. I had a 36 on the front. Since then I have broken 80, I think 8 times, on much tougher courses though. :) My lowest score is 78.

2. No, I have been within 2 feet though.

3. No.

Anyone who says golf is not a sport has obviously never played it... OR, never played it how the pros play it -- walk the whole entire course. ...and because I'm not that well trained or have a lot of endurance, I only play nine holes at a time, usually... so my goal is usually to break 60 on the front nine... break 70 on the back nine (*A LOT* harder)... this year, however, I hope to get a lot more time in on the course because I have my liscence this year and could drive there every day, so more time on the course equals more practice time equals a lower score! :)

Never any eagles... My goal is always to try and par number six, though!... a few birdies every now and then on the Par 3s, but that's about it... consistently getting par on a few of the easier holes will be a goal for me this upcoming season.

I've never gotten a hole-in-one.. HOWEVER, from the tee on the par 3, 17th hole, it appeared that my ball came very close to going in in the cup off my drive... maybe it was my viewpoint... maybe not... anyway, it rolled away from it (10-12 feet), and I sank the birdie putt! -- one of my few 'birds on the year...

Golf is a sport, even if you ride in a cart.

I hit a shot on a par 3, downhill about 188 yards, looked like it rolled inches by, came to rest about 8 feet away and I two putted the par. :(

I hate it when that happens! :)

Haven't broken 80 at my home club, the lowest has been 81 but Im getting there. Maybe this summer when I go home. Hole-in-ones..nothing special that I can remember. Though one time when I was playing in a tournament for my country (Bermuda) in Canada against the Royal Academy Of Junior Golf (or something like that, its now Canadian Junior Golf Association) I holed out a second shot from the fairway. I was in the local newspaper(for Bermuda not Canada) the next day. That was fun!!

True that! You don't know how many shots I hit at the green that land inside 10 feet, and then roll 20 feet by the hole.

Then, you also get those shots that look to be inside 5 feet, but the closer you get it's more like 15. :)
