yeah.... probably Joe Carter (just for what he did for Major League Baseball in Canada), and Rodger Clemens.... yeah -- two "modern" players, but I'm not really a baseball history buff! :)

Well, Active All Time Favorite: Derek Jeter
Others: Paul O'Neil, Bernie Williams, Mariano Rivera, Alfonso Soriano, and any true Yankee! :D But my fav is Jeter.
Retired of All Time: Don Mattingly is the main one, then Babe Ruth, Reggie Jackson, Lou Gehrig.

One name: Mark Lemke
Was there any better baseball player? :D
A current player my respect keeps growing for is Andruw Jones, I hope he stays in Atlanta.
Lou Gehrig and Hank Aaron are some other older favorites.

I grew up idolizing the Cubs...I know...and my favorite player was always Ryan Sandberg. Since Im not much into history, I would have to say he was my altime fav.
Currently, my fav. player is Frank Thomas, on my favorite team, the White Sox.

Uhhh, Jeter fans :(
All time I like Keith Hernandez or maybe Tom Seaver. Don Mattingly is also a favorite of me. Too bad he had a short career :(

I didn't know you were a Jeter fan Lee! :)
Yeah, Donnie Baseball's career was shortened by back problems sadly. The year after he retired we won it, kinda ironic. :(

Delgado and Guerrero should play in America instead. They would get more publicity here.
