Worst Logo -> Baseball Finals
Unless you've been living under a rock the past two weeks, you should all know by now that we've been discussing the WORST logos in ALL of professional sports over at the Other Sports Blitz Forum, for the past month or so. Two and a half weeks ago, we finally narrowed it down to 32 teams. Now, we're down to the final two teams in each sports' division and, eventually, we'll get down to the the Final Four, and, lastly, the Final Match-Up to determine the WORST logo in ALL of professional sports.
This thread concerns the Baseball Finals. This matchup features the Cincinnati Reds' logo versus the California Angels' logo. There was an interesting situation happening in the Baseball Division, Semi-Final #2. The California Angels and Montreal Expos each received six votes. I was thinking mid-way through the second round that this might be a possibility (a tie), so I decided that to see which team moves onward, you take the total percentage of all previous rounds, combined. In Round One, California received 92.3% of the votes in their match-up, and Montreal received just 76.9%. Therefore, the Angels move on to the Baseball Division Finals. Starting today, you have seven days to vote in this division, at which time the poll will close, and the "winner" will move on to the next round, the Final Four. Remember, you are voting for the WORST logo out of the two that are given to you, and be sure to browse around the NBA, NHL, and MLB boards to vote in other divisions. Next Sunday, August 12, when we get down to the Final Four, voting will take place in the Other Sports Blitz Forum. Have Fun!
