Sorry, couldn't resist.  I think Charlotte can support a franchise, the Hornets just weren't going to work there with the ownership and community at odds. But beyond Charlotte, the NBA needs to quit expanding. Look at what it's done to the NHL.

I don't see why the NBA couldn't expand to add a few more teams: doesn't the NFL have 32? But of course the NFL has two New York teams...
