It takes a lot more than a couple of players to make a team work. The Dodgers have spent a great deal of money on players and have found out that money doesn't buy chemistry.
I think that Mattingly is a quality manager and should do pretty well there. Yes, he's on the "hot seat", but he has shown that he can handle pressure before.
