I think it's the packers, 13 world championships in the smallest town in sports what do u think?

NY Yankees - 27 championships

Montreal Canadians - 24 championships

Boston Celtics - 17 championships

Minneapolis/LA Lakers - 16 championships

Most successful franchise ever? Likely the Yankees. I recall 2 times when they were not competive in my lifetime -- Mid 60's to mid 70's and 80 to about mid 90's.
