Kerr to replace Porter as Suns' coach?

Will he succeed or fail? I don't think he has any head coaching experience, for the Suns' sake hopefully he can back up why he made all these moves as the coach.

Desperate times call for desperate measures I guess. It is amazing how quickly Kerr has torn this team apart. From some reports I have read it sounds like Kerr and the owner are carrying out two separate agendas in terms of trying to deal Amare.

I don't see the point of canning Porter if you are looking at entering a re-building phase with the team.

I loved Kerr as a player and commentator, but I'm scratching my head over his moves as GM. This is like replacing one former player with another as coach. Porter's style has been a dramatic change for the Suns and one I'm not a fan of, so I guess it couldn't be worse.
