Ever Felt Like U Were Run Over by a Mack Truck?
Well I actually did today.

My dad I were sitting at a redlight waiting to turn left when all of a sudden we were hit hard from behind. Man my neck snapped.

A white Mack truck hauling a trailer that collects tree branches and etc slammed into us from behind. My 77 year old dad was driving and said he didn''t get hurt, but it snapped my neck good. Hit me so hard it knocked my cap of which I wear real tight on my head.

We were in a 1992 Ford Ranger P/U. It hit us so hard it knocked the dash apart.

It was a company truck- he said his air brakes failed.

My dad is a tough old bird. He doesn't even take a pill for a migraine or a torn rotator cuff. The wreck hurt me, but not him he said. He is old school. His birthday was yesterday.

Anyway we are alive thank God

holy crap bama. i'm glad you're ok, or at least, not hurt too bad. that could have been a lot worse.

Yeah that was a lot of weight behind us.

No doubt, thank God you're alright. Now it's time to find a good physician and a good attorney. My brother was rear ended years ago and didn't pursue any legal remedies against the other driver's insurance carrier. Now, years later the result of the whip-lash has left him with nerve damage that causes severe migraine type headaches. I'd really suggest making sure you're covered in case problems arise down the road for you.

Ouch, I am glad you are okay, or least not badly hurt. And it's a miracle your Dad wasn't hurt, either. Whew!

Wow, glad to hear you and your dad are doing alright. I'll definitely think of this the next time I hear someone use that phrase to discribe a hangover or the like...
