nyy26wc is on a distinguished road

1) The Indians are pushing Bartolo Colon's start back, from today to tomorrow, with Steve Woodard starting today.

According to MGR Charlie Manuel, "Bartolo said he feels fine, but an extra day of rest can only help." But, as noted, "If he truly felt fine, he wouldn't need any help."

2) Pirates SS Abraham Nunez had to leave yesterday's game due to a strained right hamstring and will be reevaluated today.

3) Glenn Beckert, the Cubs's starting 2B from 1965-73, before spending time with the Padres, is listed in critical condition after a fall at his aunt's house.

4) The Brewers called up C Jesse Levis and placed 3B Tyler Houston on the 60 day DL.

Levis has -26 RCAA and a .645 OPS in 307 career games.

Houston's out for the rest of the season with a foot injury.
