Default NFL sells out, AGAIN! EXTRA EXTRA READ ALL ABOUT IT

Great! 5 more years of the same ole same ole Madden.

EA can keep putting out last years Madden and add a few tweaks and call it new!

The NFL is just pissing me off as of late.

NFL signs 5 more years with Direct TV and now this 5hit!

Did the NFL think or care what would be better for the fans? NO!

I can see it now.

EXTRA EXTRA READ ALL ABOUT IT:

Today the Dallas Cowboys have signed a 6-year deal worth $500,000,00 with the NFL that will guarantee the Cowboys a spot in the Super bowl no matter what their record was for that year.

That is right, the Cowboys can go 0-16 and will be guaranteed a spot in the Super bowl.

Art Modell from the NFL had this to say, "we see no problem with this deal as the Cowboys are Americas team, and we only see fit that they should be playing in the Super bowl every year".

When will the NFL stop selling out and let companies compete for NFL rights. It only hurts us in the long run.

Laws protect everything else in America from becoming a Monopoly “Microsoft”. The same should be for EA Sports, Direct TV and the NFL.

EA owns rights to PGA Golf, Neck car, Fifa and now the NFL and this kind of monopoly over the sports world is bad for us.

I am almost breaking down and getting Direct TV but I really do not want to. I am happy with Comcast but if I want the Sunday Package I must get D TV.

What if Burger King paid off whomever for the rights of French Fries, Hamburgers, Chicken and Milk Shakes? No McDonalds, No Wendy’s, No Fudruckers, None of these items on a menu at Applebee’s or the likes

How about Longhorns buying the rights to Steak? No Ruth Chris, No Roadhouse, No steak any where except at Long Horns.

I know that sounds a little crazy but IMO this is what is going on with EA, NFL and Direct TV.

Right...you overlooked it. I don't think you look much at threads you didn't create. Even the NON-MODERATORS are compelled to moderate you.
