Thanks for posting these stats. They show that Walter Johnson's Shutout Record and Cy Youngs Wins Record are probably the safest records in the book.
Another question for you -- Has there ever been a pair of pitchers on the same team that have struck out more batters than Schilling and Johnson have?

Johnson/Schilling broke the record yesterday.

Meanwhile, I'm going to find an article I wrote earlier this year on baseball's unbreakable record and I'll reprint it here.
