Mildly surprised Rasmus is still as high as he is given a rather so-so season at AAA last year and he is coming off of a significant injury as well.

He is still a top notch prospect I just figured he might get knocked down a few pegs after struggling the way he did last year.

I saw Rasmus play a couple of times last summer and was not impressed with his attitude. He (and Felix Pie) seemed to be pouting about being in AAA. During batting practice, he looked like he has a good swing and he plays well in the field. He did not take a good approach at the plate during the games, however.
On a side note, he is one that signs autographs for fans, though.

He was. He pretty much admitted as much. He said he got a little depressed and about not making the big league squad out of spring training and lost some of his confidence. He started pressing at the plate as a result.

From what I remember he had started to turn it around at the plate when he got hurt.

I'm looking forward to seeing how Matt Wieters does this year. I will likely not get a chance to see him in person, so if anyone does, let me know what you think, OK?
