Default Plans for opening weekend?

It's finally almost here, opening weekend. So what are you going to be doing to enjoy college football over the long holiday weekend?

Will be at the Big House in Ann Arbor with my sons, watching Michigan demolish Vandy.

Watching Akron-Penn State from the comforts of my couch. Other than that I'll be watching various games all weekend as long as I have nothing else to do.

My plans for Saturday, September 2nd include attending the Kansas State Volleyball game against Montana State at 1 o'clock in Manhattan, before traveling to Memorial Stadium in Lawrence to watch the Jayhawk football team host the Northwestern State Demons.

Gotta work on opening weekend :-/ but I'm going to try to DVR as many games as possible and watch them before I know the scores.

If it isn't too hot out I guess I'll go down to Columbus. If it is too hot, I'll give the tix to my nephew and watch football on the idiot box like everyone else.

Like everyone else, I'll be watching the idiot box all day. The only television I ever watch is college football and CSPAN, so I don't feel bad.

I'll be sitting pretty close to midfield at the Rose Bowl watching my Bruins take on Utah. No better place to be on opening weekend then in Pasadena baby.

:redhot: :redhot: :redhot: You talk about the ultimate spoiler. It was supposed to be a season of destiny with an unbeaten match-up with SC.:redhot: :redhot: :redhot:

Just to cut and paste what I wrote in another thread...

I'm inviting a couple friends over who are Penn State fans (I'm an Akron and Ohio State fan, for newcoments) and we are going to have a big college football day, with that game being the centerpiece. I'm gonna set up three tv's, and drag the computer out to the living room for games being webstreamed and watch (conceivably) four games at once. The beer will be flowing and we shall order 100 wings.

Update: We are getting a laptop, so now there will conceivable five games up to watch at once! These buddies of mine are the first of met since I moved to Delaware about 5 years ago that I really seem to hit it off with, so I'm really looking forward to this. I'm also gonna have the super TV/computer set up for Thursday Night, when there will be plenty of games as well.

I will be enjoying the Montana-Iowa game on the radio as I don't have ESPN U and mediacom refuses to pick up the game. But it will still be a good saturday
