ESPN The Magazine's Ric Bucher is reporting that the Toronto Raptors will trade center Jermaine O'Neal along with forward Jamario Moon to Miami in exchange for forward Shawn Marion and guard Marcus Banks.

O'Neal's past his prime, but his contract expires by 2010 and he forms a better duo (inside-out) with Wade than Marion. Toronto gets immediate cap relief and help on the perimeter, and Banks could be a solid backup point guard to Calderon. I think they should look to trade Bosh if he really wants out, tank the rest of the season, and they can start rebuilding in the offseason.

I agree with Tony Kornheiser; this trade is two former all-stars past their primes switching places. Doesn't really change either team. Blah.
