On the job hunt. I might end up taking a part-time job with crappy hours and pay because it'll get me in the door in the sports industry and can lead to more lucrative positions. I have to pay my dues for a while. I'd rather do that now than take just any entry-level job that's not in the industry I want to be in. There is no doubt I want to be in the sports industry, eventually as a front office executive or agent. I've made a contact with the head honcho of a powerful publication in Charlotte who personally knows all the movers and shakers in sports business, including the likes of David Stern and Roger Goodell. The vision of my future is starting to take shape!

At the same time, I am planning to move to my first post-college pad. I am leaning toward a hip, trendy urban loft/apartment with skyline views and more importantly, the ability to walk to nightlife. I hate, hate having to worry about driving and the fear of a DUI.

Yea, the odds of Marc getting a DUI one of these days is pretty good. Not as good as Steve's odds, but Vegas would take that bet off the board...

I ripped out all the stuff in my cap, so it's really uncomfortable and irritating on my forehead. Unfortunately duct tape doesn't stick well to the bill. I'll have to figure out something.

Hey guys! Just got back to Hawaii last week. I'm home for 2 weeks. I see all is normal in the SC threads....

Happy New year to you all. I am doing well.... this is going to be my last year in Iraq. I've accompished everything I set out to do... I'll just finish this last year and then move on, semi-retire... whatever.

Its good to be home! I'm gonna go catch up in the NFL thread... talk to you guys later.
